For email, CRM, and retention agencies
Recruiting for email, CRM, and retention agencies
You built a lifecycle shop. Now you're the one running the Klaviyo hire between client work, and hiring has become a second job. We run flat-fee recruiting so you keep the decisions and hand off the search.
Who this is for
Founder-led email, CRM, retention, and Klaviyo agencies hiring permanent people onto the team: strategists, specialists, and the account roles around them.
If you need a contractor to staff onto one client, that's not what we do. We search for the person who stays.
What we run
We define the role with you and check the pay against market evidence. Then we find and screen candidates, run a paid Work Simulation on a real problem from your accounts, and hand you a shortlist with the reasoning written down.
You approve the role, pay, shortlist, and offer. We handle the work between.
- Role and pay
- Find and screen
- Compare the evidence
- Decision and offer
The fee
A standard search is $7,500 flat. Technical, niche, and executive searches are scoped on the call. See all three tiers on the pricing page.
A 120-day replacement-search guarantee is included, subject to the conditions in your service agreement. We'll explain those conditions before you commit.
Planning more than one permanent hire this quarter? Talk it through with us. Each search is still one flat fee.
Companies we've worked with
Each handed us the search and kept their own time.

Questions
Do you place contractors or fractional people?
No. We search for permanent roles on your team. Contractor and staff-augmentation placements are out of scope.
How is a flat fee different from a contingency fee?
A contingency fee is a percentage of the salary, so it rises with the pay. Our fee is agreed before the search, so a higher salary doesn't earn us more. 30% is due to begin discovery and the remaining 70% on an accepted offer. You approve the role, pay, shortlist, and offer.
How long does a search take?
We plan around an eight-week target. The real timeline depends on the role and on how quickly your team decides at each stage. It's a target, not a promise.
What do we keep if we pause?
The role definition, pay benchmark, and the rest of the discovery work are yours to keep, whether or not the search continues.

We handle the work between.
