1. Who we are

SuperHired is operated by SuperTrained LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide directly

• Contact forms: name, email address, company name, role, and any message you include when booking a call or contacting us.
• Candidate assessments: if you engage with our hiring process, we collect Work Drivers responses, Work Simulation deliverables, and discovery call notes. This data is used solely to match you with roles and is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Data collected automatically

Tools that set analytics or marketing cookies load only after you accept that category, but Google tags work differently. On pages that use the full tracking set, the Google tag loads on each visit with advertising and analytics storage turned off. Google may then receive a cookieless ping before you choose, and that ping does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you decline the banner or ignore it, storage stays denied. The Work Drivers page at /work-drivers does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Clarity, or LinkedIn, and the Meta Pixel on that page still waits until you accept Marketing.

3. Cookies and consent

When you first visit, we show a cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is stored, and you can keep using the site if you are not ready to choose. Non-essential cookies are opt-in, the default is denied, and Accept is the only way to grant them.

You have three choices:

• Accept: turns on Analytics and Marketing. We update Google consent so those tags can use cookies, and we load Clarity, the Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight.
• Save preferences: turns on only the categories you select.
• Decline: leaves analytics storage and advertising storage denied. We do not load Clarity, the Meta Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight.

Ignoring the banner is not an acceptance, so storage stays denied and the banner can show again on a later visit.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Marketing stays off, including after an earlier accept on this browser. That signal does not turn Analytics on, and Analytics remains your own opt-in.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode. Before the Google tag loads, we set ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization to denied. The tag then loads and may send cookieless pings while storage is denied. When you accept, the banner updates that consent and grants only the categories you allowed. Decline does not grant storage, and neither does ignoring the banner.

Clarity, the Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight are not part of that cookieless ping. They load only after you accept the matching category, because they set their own cookies.

You can change your choice later by clicking Cookies in the footer, or by using the button below.

4. How we use your data

• To respond to your hiring inquiry and provide our recruitment services.
• To match candidates with roles based on Work Drivers alignment.
• To understand how visitors use our website. Cookie-based analytics run only after you accept Analytics. Before that, Google may receive a cookieless ping.
• To measure advertising. Cookie-based ad measurement runs only after you accept Marketing. Before that, Google may receive a cookieless ping with advertising storage denied.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Automated tools

Software helps our recruiters organize, transcribe, and summarize information during a search. No hiring decision is made automatically: a recruiter and the hiring client make every decision about who advances. If you are a candidate, you can ask us how tools were used in your case and ask for a person to review any summary about you.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

• Hiring clients: if you are a candidate, we share your candidate package (Work Drivers analysis, Work Simulation results, and discovery notes) with a specific company only after you have agreed to be considered for that role. We do not share your data with companies you are not being considered for.
• Service providers: Google (analytics, ads), Meta (ads), Microsoft (session recordings), LinkedIn (ads), Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers form submissions and confirmation emails), Calendly (booking calendar, only when you open it), Adobe (fonts). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention

• Contact form data: kept in our mailbox and records for as long as we may work together. We delete it on request; email hello@superhired.ai.
• Candidate data: retained in our candidate database for as long as you remain opted in. You can request deletion at any time.
• Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics retention settings (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity retention (13 months).
• Marketing data: governed by each platform's retention policy.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK residents)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Port your data to another controller in a structured format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time, using Cookies in the footer or by emailing us.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Under CCPA/CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to do the following. The footer links Do Not Sell or Share and Limit Sensitive Info open this section.

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. If you accept Marketing cookies, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google may use browsing data to measure ads and to build ad audiences. Under the CPRA, that can count as sharing. To opt out, choose Decline on the cookie banner, or open Cookies in the footer and turn Marketing off. You can also email hello@superhired.ai with the subject "Do not sell or share". A Global Privacy Control signal opts this browser out of Marketing, including after an earlier accept. It does not turn Analytics on.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. You can ask us to use sensitive personal information only for the services you request. Email hello@superhired.ai with the subject "Limit sensitive information". We do not sell sensitive personal information, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you for advertising.
• Receive equal service. We will not deny service or charge a different price because you exercised these rights.

To use any of these rights, email hello@superhired.ai. We will respond within 30 days for GDPR requests and within 45 days for CCPA requests. The cookie controls above are available immediately, without an email.

9. International transfers

Our service providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
