Data you provide directly

• Contact forms: name, email address, company name, role, and any message you include when booking a call or contacting us.
• Candidate assessments: if you engage with our hiring process, we collect Work Drivers responses, Work Simulation deliverables, and discovery call notes. This data is used solely to match you with roles and is never shared with third parties for marketing.

We collect this data only after you grant consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, none of these tools are loaded.

3. Cookies and consent

When you first visit our site, we show a cookie consent banner with three options:

• Accept all: enables both Analytics and Marketing cookies.
• Save preferences: enables only the categories you select.
• Decline all: no tracking cookies are set. Only cookies necessary for the site to function are used.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure no tracking scripts load until you grant consent. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics, Clarity, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or Google Ads scripts.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

• Hiring clients: if you are a candidate, we share your candidate package (Work Drivers analysis, Work Simulation results, and discovery notes) with the specific company you are being considered for. We do not share your data with companies you are not being considered for.
• Service providers: Google (analytics, ads), Meta (ads), Microsoft (session recordings), LinkedIn (ads), Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention

• Contact form data: retained for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted within 12 months.
• Candidate data: retained in our talent network for as long as you remain opted in. You can request deletion at any time.
• Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics retention settings (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity retention (13 months).
• Marketing data: governed by each platform's retention policy.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK residents)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Port your data to another controller in a structured format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time (via the "Manage Cookies" link in our footer or by emailing us).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Under CCPA/CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. When you consent to Marketing cookies, ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) may use your browsing data for targeted advertising, which may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by declining Marketing cookies in our cookie banner or by clicking "Manage Cookies" in the footer and disabling the Marketing toggle.
• Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

9. International transfers

Our service providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
