Who does the work
The people behind
the process.
We're a team of five with one shared methodology. The person you meet is the person who does the work.
How we got here
The pattern was always the same.
A good company would hire a good person. Within six months, something would feel off. The person was capable. The resume was strong. But nobody had done the work to understand whether the person's way of working actually matched how the team operated.
That pattern repeated across industries, across seniority levels, across geographies. The role was misframed. The process measured charm instead of capability. The hire left. The team absorbed the damage.
Josh built a methodology around that pattern. The 32 Work Drivers framework maps the functional, social, and emotional factors that predict whether someone thrives in a specific role. Thirty to forty questions across seven areas before looking at a single resume. SuperHired is a flat-fee hiring firm because the methodology should cost the same whether the role pays $80K or $200K.
Josh Hill, Founder & Discovery Lead"The goal isn't to find perfection. It's to understand the trade-offs so you can make an informed decision, not a hopeful one."
Josh Hill
Founder & Discovery LeadJosh runs every discovery engagement. He asks 30 to 40 questions before looking at a single resume, because the search only works if the role is understood first.
Ana Veljkovic
Recruiting PartnerAna is the person candidates talk to. Her background in law and mediation means she listens for what people need from work, not just what they say they want.
Tom Meredith
Co-Founder & Head of ProductTom built SuperTrained, the platform behind SuperHired. He designed the system so AI handles sourcing and synthesis while humans do the work that actually matters.
Marlon Sena
Technical LeadMarlon turned weeks of manual hiring coordination into automated workflows that run in minutes. He built the infrastructure that lets the human team spend their time on humans.
Thales Vignoli
AI EngineerThales built the system that turns discovery data into candidate insights. His work is the reason we can evaluate how someone works, not just where they worked.
"I'm not here to place you. I'm here to understand you."Ana Veljkovic, Recruiting Partner
Five phases. A different person at each step. Context lost every time.
You talk to Josh and Ana. That's it. They know every candidate because they found, tested, and evaluated each one.
Five people. Zero handoffs.
The same team from call one to month four.
If you're a candidate
You're not inventory. You're the other half of the match.
Our candidate discovery calls are 45 minutes, and we pay candidates for Work Simulations because their effort is valuable and the work is real. We give feedback within five business days regardless of outcome. Ghosting people is not something we're willing to do.
See the candidate experience →We're not for everyone
We'd rather leave a seat empty than fill it wrong.
If speed is your only priority, we're not the right firm. The methodology works because it's complete. We skip nothing.
If you're hiring at high volume, a staffing firm will serve you better. We work on one role at a time per engagement.
If you want resumes, not insight, we're not the fit. We present three to five candidates with documented reasoning, risks, and trade-offs.
Sometimes the Scoping Call reveals you don't need us at all. When that happens, we say so. We'd rather earn your trust for the next hire than close a deal on the wrong one.
Now you know who we are.
If what you've read feels right, the next step is a conversation. No pitch. No pressure. We'll learn what you're building, and you'll learn how we think.
