If you're the fractional CMO
The Retention Strategist or Email Marketing Specialist who runs Klaviyo, CRM, and lifecycle every day. The Media Buyer who owns the accounts you set the strategy for.
For partners
You're often in the room before a founder admits a hire is blocking the plan. We help your client define the role and pay, find and assess candidates, and understand the shortlist. They decide who to hire. You stay their advisor.
You found us through Listed Fractional. We don't place fractional executives. We fill the permanent roles around them.

Who this is for
If you're a fractional CFO, CMO, COO, or integrator, your client already has you for the strategy. What they often lack is the permanent person who carries the work every day. That's the hire we run: one critical permanent role at a time, inside founder-led marketing agencies and adjacent service businesses, with pay between $60K and $300K.
The Retention Strategist or Email Marketing Specialist who runs Klaviyo, CRM, and lifecycle every day. The Media Buyer who owns the accounts you set the strategy for.
The operations manager who makes the process you designed stick after you've moved to the next quarter. The account manager who keeps clients close.
The operations manager or account lead whose role your forecast assumes is filled. When the number depends on a person, that's the role we search.
Management consultants and agency coaches: the same offer applies. Your client keeps you for the plan. We run the hire.
When to introduce us
The founder is still doing the work the new hire is supposed to own.
One job description is trying to cover two or three different jobs.
The first batch of candidates is wrong in several different ways, and the criteria keep moving.
The team has candidates but can't agree who to interview or hire.
A finalist, offer, start, or early hire fell through, and nobody knows yet whether the problem was the person, the role, the process, or the terms.
Usually a fit
A permanent hire the client needs to get right, with someone ready to agree the responsibilities, budget, and hiring decision.
Usually not a fit
Resume volume only. No decision owner. Pay the market won't support. Temporary or bulk staffing. Fractional placement.
After the introduction
A double opt-in. Your client knows the introduction is coming and has said yes to it. One short note is enough. There's a template below.
We confirm what we understood, name the person who owns the next step, and set the first conversation with your client. You're copied on the acknowledgement. You're not project-managing us.
If it's ready for search, we scope it and set the fee before we start. If it isn't, we say what has to be settled first.
We agree with your client what updates we can share with you. You know who owns the next step, whether the search is moving forward, and when we'll update you.
The introduction, in one note
[Founder], you mentioned you need a [role] to [do what]. SuperHired helps define the role, runs the search, and assesses candidates so you don't have to manage the whole process yourself. [Name at SuperHired], [Founder] is happy for me to introduce you. I'll let you take it from here.
One sentence you can forward
SuperHired helps founder-led marketing agencies hire permanent team members. They help define the role, run the search, and explain the shortlist. A standard search is $7,500. You make the hiring decisions.
What your client gets
Four stages on an eight-week target. Role and pay, find and screen, compare the evidence, then decision and offer. We handle the work between.
Your client pays SuperHired directly, on the same terms as every client:
30% deposit to begin discovery. 70% on an accepted offer. If we don't place someone, you owe nothing more.
A 120-day replacement-search guarantee is included, subject to the conditions in your service agreement. We'll explain those conditions before you commit.
What we ask
Help your client make the hire.
Stay their advisor.
Tell us about your practice and the hiring problems you see. You don't need a client ready to hire. If there's a fit, we can agree how introductions, updates, and any referral terms would work. An introduction creates no obligation for you or your client until terms are agreed in writing.
Thanks. We'll reply within one business day.
If you named a client, the next message you see from us will be the acknowledgement we send them, with you copied.
